The Delivery Boy Role at Zepto
You will usually carry one order at a time, with the app queuing the next pickup from dark stores as soon as you complete a drop. No prior delivery experience is needed; Zepto covers the app and delivery basics in a short training during onboarding. A delivery boy in this role can expect ₹20,000–₹24,000 per month, depending on how many shifts they work in Gurugram.
Because this is a part-time opening, Zepto welcomes delivery boys who can only work limited hours each week.
Responsibilities
- Keep orders away from direct sun or rain during the ride
- Keep the delivery bag closed and secured during the ride
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Hand over orders directly to the customer or as instructed
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during evening peaks
- Reach dark stores within the pickup time shown in the app
- Complete deliveries in the order assigned by the app

- PAN card
- Address proof
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Aadhaar card
