Responsibilities
- Keep your two-wheeler fuelled or charged and in working condition
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Verify the order ID with staff at restaurants before collection
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during peak hours
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated at pickup and drop off
- Report any accident or breakdown through the app right away
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- PAN card
- Minimum age 18 years
- Aadhaar card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
