Orders in Sector-62 are assigned to delivery riders who are already close to dark stores, so waiting time between deliveries stays short. Zepto runs a partner support channel for delivery riders, so problems with an order or a payout can be raised without leaving the app. The position pays ₹20,000–₹25,000 a month, with earnings tracked in the app and transferred every week.
The part-time nature of this role means flexible, shorter shifts in Sector-62 rather than full working days.
Responsibilities
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for door or gate handovers
- Ride safely on short routes, especially in residential lanes
- Keep fresh produce, eggs, and bread from getting crushed in the bag
- Handle every package with care so it arrives in good condition
- Verify the customer's name or order number before handing over
- Return undeliverable orders as per the instructions in the app
- Wait at dark stores only as long as needed and inform support if there is a long delay
- Confirm the order ID with store staff before collection
