About the Delivery Boy Role
From pickup at restaurants to handover at the door, each delivery in Sector-63 is guided step by step by the Swiggy app. Help is available through the app for common issues like wrong addresses, cancelled orders, or payment questions. The role offers ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month, and Swiggy settles the amount weekly so you are not waiting on a monthly cycle.
This full-time position is designed for delivery boys who want their main income to come from Swiggy work in Gurugram.
Responsibilities
- Follow the app's route unless a road is closed or unsafe
- Pack multiple items so nothing tips over or leaks in the bag
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Wait at restaurants only as long as needed and inform support if there is a long delay
- Report any accident or vehicle breakdown through the app right away
- Follow all traffic rules and wear a helmet while riding
- Follow the delivery sequence shown in the app when carrying multiple orders
- Accept orders promptly when they appear in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- PAN card
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
