Swiggy Instamart keeps the process consistent for every order: accept, pick up, deliver, confirm. Once you have done a few, it becomes routine. Daily and weekly earnings summaries are visible in the Swiggy Instamart partner app, along with any incentives you have qualified for. Partners in this role typically take home ₹23,000–₹29,000 per month, paid weekly by Swiggy Instamart.
As a full-time opening, this role rewards delivery boys who show up daily and stay online through the busiest windows in Sector-7.
Responsibilities
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Handle cold and frozen items quickly so they stay at the right temperature
- Verify the customer's name or order number before handing over
- Handle fragile items such as glass bottles and jars with care
- Keep orders away from direct sun or rain during the ride
- Ride at a safe speed even when the delivery window is tight
- Return undeliverable orders as per the instructions in the app
