Role Summary
Orders in Sector-82 are handed to delivery associates one at a time through the Zepto app, which shows the pickup point, the drop address, and the route. Zepto offers in-app help for delivery issues, along with insurance cover while you are on duty in Sector-82. Typical monthly earnings are ₹26,000–₹33,000, based on the hours you choose and the volume of work in Sector-82.
Full-time delivery associates typically work five to six days a week in Sector-82, choosing their own login hours each day.
Responsibilities
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Collect packed grocery orders from dark stores as soon as they are ready
- Inform support through the app if the customer is unreachable
- Ride safely and avoid shortcuts through no entry roads
- Return undeliverable orders as per the instructions in the app
- Handle every order with care, whether it holds produce or household goods
- Respect building and society rules when delivering inside gated premises
