The list of things you need is short. An Aadhar card, a valid driving licence, your own two wheeler and the willingness to ride a fixed day shift. There is no minimum education requirement and no prior delivery experience is demanded.
CityMall serves Sector 88 from its Sector 85 store, and the delivery team there is being enlarged. Once you join, the routine settles quickly. You reach the store, collect the grocery orders assigned to you, verify each item against the order before you ride out, and deliver to homes across Sector 88 inside the assigned window. COD orders need the cash collected and a receipt issued. The salary is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month and fuel is covered by a separate allowance.
Responsibilities
- Collect assigned orders from the Sector 85 dark store
- Verify items against the order before leaving
- Deliver across Sector 88 within the promised window
- Collect cash on delivery payments and issue receipts
- Confirm delivery details with the customer at handover
- Keep the day's delivery record updated
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own two wheeler (bike, scooter or electric)
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
A low entry bar does not mean uncertain money. This is a salaried position on the CityMall payroll, so the monthly figure is agreed before you start, the hours are set, and incentives for hitting targets are added as per company policy.
Sector 85 and Sector 88 are neighbouring pockets of Gurugram, so the route is short and easy to learn.
