A Salary Instead of an Order Count: Delivery Boy Hiring for Sector 90
On a delivery app your earnings move with the day's order count. This works the other way. CityMall puts you on its payroll and pays ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month on a fixed date, whatever Sector 90 ordered that week.
The work itself is simple field work. You report to the CityMall dark store at Sector 85, take the grocery orders assigned to you, verify each item against the order before you ride out, and deliver to homes across Sector 90 inside the assigned window. Cash on delivery orders need the amount collected and a receipt issued. Fuel is reimbursed through an allowance, and the shift is a fixed eight hours in the daytime.
Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from the Sector 85 dark store
- Verify items against the order before dispatch
- Deliver across Sector 90 within the assigned window
- Collect COD payments and issue receipts
- Help with loading and unloading at the store
- Keep delivery paperwork current
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own two wheeler (bike, scooter or electric)
- Any qualification is acceptable
- Able to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
