Responsibilities
- Go online in the app only when you are ready to accept orders
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
- Pick up orders from restaurants promptly once assigned

- Verify the customer's name or order number before handing over food
- Respect building and society rules when delivering food inside gated premises
