Zomato is looking for delivery associates who can reliably cover Sohna Road, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹21,000–₹27,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Valid driving licence
- Smartphone with internet access
- Age 18+
- Good communication
- Aadhar card
