- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Park safely outside restaurants and customer locations
- Wait at restaurants only as long as needed and inform support if there is a long delay

- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Active bank account for weekly payouts

- Passport size photograph for profile verification
