Fixed 8 Hour Day Shift Delivery Boy Roles Serving Udyog Vihar
The shift starts in the morning and ends in the evening. There is no night duty and no rota that shifts every week, which is unusual in delivery work. CityMall has openings at its DLF Phase 3 dark store, which handles the grocery orders going out to Udyog Vihar.
Within those hours the job is clear. You collect the orders assigned to you at DLF Phase 3, verify each item against the order before dispatch, and deliver to offices and homes across Udyog Vihar inside the promised window. Cash on delivery orders need payment collected and a receipt issued, and the day's collection is handed in at the store. CityMall pays a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month with a fuel allowance on top.
Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from the DLF Phase 3 dark store
- Verify each item against the order before dispatch
- Deliver across Udyog Vihar within the promised window
- Collect COD payments and issue receipts
- Hand in the day's collection at the store
- Maintain an accurate delivery record
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooty or EV two wheeler
- Any qualification is acceptable
- Willing to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
Fixed hours and a fixed salary together take the guesswork out of the month. Your earnings do not depend on how many orders came in that afternoon, and the store judges you on whether the work was done cleanly inside the shift. Fuel is reimbursed through an allowance and target based incentives are paid as per company policy.
