As a Delivery Rider for Swiggy Instamart in Ncb Enclave, you'll pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Ncb Enclave and the surrounding Hyderabad area. Most delivery riders complete several deliveries per shift using the Swiggy Instamart partner app for navigation and order tracking. This role pays ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, credited weekly.
What You'll Do
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Pick up orders from designated stores promptly
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues such as wrong address or order delays promptly through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Good communication skills
- Aadhar card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
