Most of the shift is spent riding between dark stores and customer doorsteps in MG Road, with the app queuing the next order as you finish the last. Earnings from each order are updated in the app, along with any evening or weekend incentives you have qualified for. The position is part-time, and Zepto leaves it to grocery delivery partners in Indore to decide which hours they work.
Responsibilities
- Follow the delivery sequence in the app when carrying more than one order
- Call the customer via the app if the address or flat number is unclear
- Collect packed grocery orders from dark stores as soon as they are ready
- Follow the delivery sequence shown in the app when carrying multiple orders
- Hand over the order politely and confirm delivery in the app
- Verify the order ID with staff at dark stores before collection
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- PAN card
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Age 18 or above
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Valid driving licence
