Zepto is looking for delivery partners who can reliably cover Civil Lines, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹36,000–₹44,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Good communication
