This role covers Swiggy's Ananda Nagar delivery zone in Karaikkudi. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹25,000–₹31,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18+
- Good communication
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
