Zomato Recruiting Delivery Riders in Mattancherry, Kochi

You'll spend most of your shift moving through Mattancherry and surrounding parts of Kochi, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zomato app updated as you go. Most delivery riders find they can complete a good number of orders in a single shift once they know the local streets. Pay runs ₹33,000–₹41,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Good communication
- Age 18+
- Aadhar card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Valid driving licence
