What You Will Be Doing
From pickup at dark stores to handover at the door, each delivery in Vaduthala is guided step by step by the Zepto app. Working a familiar area of Kochi helps delivery riders plan quicker routes and complete more orders per hour. The position pays ₹22,000–₹28,000 a month, with earnings tracked in the app and transferred every week.
Expect full-time hours: regular daily shifts in Vaduthala, with your schedule still set by you inside the app.
Responsibilities
- Hand over the order politely and confirm delivery in the app
- Respect building and society rules when delivering inside gated premises
- Inform support through the app if the customer is unreachable
- Inform support through the app if dark stores are running behind on packing
- Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules on every delivery
- Follow the delivery sequence in the app when carrying more than one order
- Keep the vehicle documents and licence with you while on duty
- Communicate politely with customers at handover

- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18 or above
