Zepto is scaling up its Barasat operations and needs dependable delivery partners who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. This role pays ₹30,000–₹38,000 per month, credited weekly.
What You'll Do
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues such as wrong address or order delays promptly through the app
- Pick up orders from designated stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18+
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Smartphone with internet access
- Two wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
