Zepto Delivery Partner Opening in Air Colony, Kurukshetra

You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- PAN card
- Valid driving licence
- Aadhar card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Basic knowledge of local routes
