This role covers Zepto's Lonavala City delivery zone in Lonavla. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹39,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Smartphone with internet access
- Age 18+
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Aadhar card
