Uber is Looking for Vehicle Onboarding Executives in Krishna Nagar, Lucknow
Uber is on the lookout for reliable vehicle onboarding executives to support driver-partner onboarding across Krishna Nagar and nearby areas.
This role covers Uber's Krishna Nagar driver-partner operations in Lucknow. You'll be responsible for document checks, vehicle inspections, and guiding new driver-partners through onboarding. This is a part-time opportunity with monthly pay of ₹34,000–₹42,000, based on performance and attendance. Caseload can vary with shift timing and sign-up volume, and most vehicle onboarding executives see steady work through the week in Krishna Nagar.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle inspection and eligibility checks
- Escalate document discrepancies as per process
- Coordinate with the local Uber support team on pending cases
- Verify driver documents (RC, insurance, DL) for accuracy
- Resolve onboarding queries raised by driver-partners
- Assist new driver-partners with app setup and onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Valid driving licence (preferred)
- Age 18+
- Two-wheeler for local travel (preferred)
- Aadhar card
