Each order is picked and packed by store staff; your job is to collect it from dark stores, ride to the customer, and hand it over quickly. Responsibilities
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during evening peaks
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app

- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or desk mentioned in the order
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the order
- Keep the delivery app updated at pickup and drop off
- Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules on every delivery
