Civil Lines Delivery Rider Openings at Zepto
Zepto needs more delivery riders in Civil Lines to keep up with growing demand, and openings are available immediately.
This role covers Zepto's Civil Lines delivery zone in Ludhiana. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹32,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Aadhar card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Valid driving licence
- Good communication
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
The earning potential scales with effort: put in consistent hours as a delivery rider and the weekly payouts reflect it, plus occasional surge bonuses. Zepto also runs periodic incentive programs during high-demand periods in Civil Lines.
This position covers delivery zones in and around Civil Lines, Ludhiana. Most shifts stay within a short radius, so travel time between orders is generally limited.
