This role covers Zomato's Partapur delivery zone in Meerut. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹22,000–₹32,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
- PAN card
