Zepto Seeks Delivery Riders in Ambernath
Zepto is expanding its delivery rider team in Ambernath to keep up with growing order volume across Mumbai. New partners are being onboarded on a rolling basis.
How the Delivery Rider Role Works
Each order is picked and packed by store staff; your job is to collect it from dark stores, ride to the customer, and hand it over quickly. Completing several deliveries in a row is normal during peak time, and the app keeps the next pickup ready as you finish. This part-time role pays ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month, based on completed work and any incentives you qualify for in Mumbai.
Part-time here means you choose a few hours a day or a few days a week, with no expectation of full-time availability.
Responsibilities
- Reach dark stores within the pickup time shown in the app
- Hand over the order politely and confirm delivery in the app
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or house listed in the order
- Keep the delivery bag upright and closed while riding
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Handle bags carefully so nothing leaks or tips over
- Call the customer via the app if the address or flat number is unclear
- Ride at a safe speed, especially in residential lanes
Eligibility Criteria
- Address proof
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- PAN card
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Age 18 or above
