Job Overview
This role covers Zepto's Andheri West delivery zone in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Smartphone with internet access
- PAN card
