Job Description
You confirm each order in the app, collect it from restaurants, and hand it over at the customer's address, keeping the status updated as you go. Insurance cover applies while you are on duty, so an accident during a delivery does not leave you without support. For this position, monthly earnings are in the range of ₹30,000–₹38,000, depending on shifts worked in Kurla.
The opening is full-time, so expect to be online for most of the day and to build earnings through steady hours.
Responsibilities
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
- Reach the pickup point within the time shown in the app
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
- Mark each delivery complete in the app after handover
- Complete deliveries in the order assigned by the app
- Check the number of items against the order before leaving restaurants
- Carry orders from restaurants without unnecessary stops along the way
- Accept orders promptly when they appear in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Age 18 or above
