Zepto Wants You as a Delivery Boy in Vikhroli West
With demand for fast delivery rising in Vikhroli West, Zepto is expanding its delivery boy team and welcomes new applicants.
You'll spend most of your shift moving through Vikhroli West and surrounding parts of Mumbai, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zepto app updated as you go. Most delivery boys find they can complete a good number of orders in a single shift once they know the local streets. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹36,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Valid driving licence
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Age 18+
