This is hands-on, on-the-ground work: delivery riders pick up from designated points in Crossing Republik and deliver directly to customers, guided by the Zepto app's navigation. It suits anyone who prefers being out and about over sitting at a desk all day. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹34,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Aadhar card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
