Order Volumes Are Up in Harola and CityMall is Hiring Immediately

A shift follows the same shape each day. You report to the Harola store, take the grocery orders assigned to you, check the contents against the order before leaving, and deliver across Harola within the assigned timeline. Cash on delivery orders need payment collected and a receipt issued. CityMall pays a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month on an eight hour day shift, and a fuel allowance covers what you spend running your own two wheeler.
Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from the Harola dark store
- Check items against the order before riding out
- Deliver across Harola inside the assigned timeline
- Collect COD payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a record of completed deliveries
- Help load and unload goods at the store
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooty or EV two wheeler
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
Qualifying is the simple part. There is no education cut off and no prior experience needed, so the interview is mostly about your documents and your vehicle. The salary is fixed before you start, and incentives for hitting targets are paid over it as per company policy.
