CityMall Pays Delivery Boys in Sector 119 by the Month, Not by the Order
Take the pay first. This is a salaried post at ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month, credited on a fixed date, with a fuel allowance paid separately and target based incentives added as per company policy when you meet your numbers.
Sector 119 is covered by the CityMall dark store at Sorkha. You report there for a fixed eight hour day shift, take the grocery orders allotted to you, check each item against the order before riding out, and deliver to the societies and houses of Sector 119 inside the promised window. Cash on delivery orders need the amount collected and a receipt given, and the collection is settled at the store at the end of the day.
Responsibilities
- Collect assigned orders from the Sorkha dark store
- Check items against the order before dispatch
- Deliver across Sector 119 inside the assigned window
- Collect cash on COD orders and issue receipts
- Settle the day's collection at the store
- Help with loading and unloading when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own petrol or electric two wheeler with valid papers
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- 18 years or above
Fixed pay is what makes the month plannable. Delivery apps settle by the order, so a quiet stretch costs the rider directly, while a CityMall salary stays the same and the incentive only adds to it.
