Steady Order Flow in Sector 137 Means CityMall Needs More Riders
Sector 137 keeps its delivery team busy through the day rather than in one evening rush, and the CityMall dark store at Sector 141 that serves it is short of riders. These openings are being filled on priority.
The routine is fixed. You reach the Sector 141 store at the start of your eight hour day shift, collect the grocery orders assigned to you, check each item against the order before you ride out, and deliver to the towers and houses of Sector 137 inside the promised window. On cash on delivery orders you take the payment and hand over a receipt. CityMall pays a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month and adds a fuel allowance for your own two wheeler.
Responsibilities
- Collect assigned grocery orders from the Sector 141 dark store
- Check items against the order before riding out
- Deliver across Sector 137 inside the promised window
- Collect COD payments and issue receipts
- Keep the daily delivery record updated
- Assist with loading and unloading at the store
- Follow traffic rules throughout the shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own two wheeler, petrol or electric
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Willing to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
Volume of that kind would make an app rider chase orders. Here it simply means a full day of work for a salary that was fixed before the month started, with the fuel allowance and target based incentives, paid as per company policy, sitting on top.
Sector 141 is a short ride from Sector 137, and the residential blocks nearby make up most of the route.
