Every trip on a Zepto shift starts at one of the dark stores in Sector-143 and ends a short ride away at a customer's door.
How the Delivery Partner Role Works
The work is hands on: collect the order, secure it in your delivery bag, ride to the customer, and complete the handover politely. The pace varies through the day, so many delivery partners plan their login hours around the busiest windows in Sector-143. The monthly earning potential here is ₹20,000–₹24,000, with consistent partners in Sector-143 reaching the higher end.
The opening is part-time, so you can go online for a couple of hours in Sector-143 and log off when you are done.
Responsibilities
- Keep customer details confidential and use them only for the delivery
- Hand over orders directly to the customer or as instructed
- Confirm the order ID with store staff before collection
- Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
- Follow safety guidelines shared during onboarding on every shift
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Report any accident or breakdown through the app right away
Eligibility Criteria
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Any valid government photo ID
- Age 18 or above
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- PAN card
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
