Sector 16 Runs on Day Long Order Volume and CityMall is Hiring Riders
Deliveries into Sector 16 are handled from the CityMall dark store at Harola, and the flow of grocery orders through the day has stretched the current rider team. Hiring for this route is on priority.
Each shift is a fixed eight hours in daylight. You collect the orders assigned to you at Harola, confirm every item against the order before leaving, and deliver to offices and homes across Sector 16 inside the promised window. Where the order is cash on delivery you collect the amount and issue a receipt, and the money is handed in at the store at the close of the shift. The pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month with a fuel allowance on top.
Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from the Harola dark store
- Confirm every item against the order before leaving
- Deliver across Sector 16 within the promised window
- Collect COD payments and issue receipts
- Hand in the collection at the store at shift close
- Maintain a record of completed deliveries
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooty or electric two wheeler
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
Because the role is salaried, a busy route works in your favour without deciding your pay. The month is fixed, the fuel allowance covers running costs, and target based incentives are paid as per company policy over and above the salary.
