This role comes with a fixed monthly pay of ₹35,000–₹45,000. New joiners typically go through a short training session before handling onboarding cases independently. Responsibilities:
- Verify driving licence, RC, and insurance documents submitted by driver-partners
- Assist partners with app setup and basic troubleshooting
- Escalate incomplete or mismatched documentation for review
- Conduct background and document checks as per company policy
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and onboarding appointments
- Update partner records accurately in the onboarding system
Eligibility Criteria:
- Smartphone with internet access
- PAN card
- Age 18+
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Aadhar card
