Job Overview
The work is hands on: collect the order, secure it in your delivery bag, ride to the customer, and complete the handover politely. In-app support is available for issues like a delayed order at dark stores, a wrong address, or a customer who cannot be reached. Zepto lists this role at ₹21,000–₹27,000 per month, with the final figure shaped by your hours and local demand.
As a part-time role, it lets you pick a few hours a day in Sector-46 and still get paid weekly by Zepto.
Responsibilities
- Keep the order upright and stable during the ride
- Be courteous to store staff and customers on every trip
- Keep the delivery app updated at pickup and drop off
- Keep fresh produce, eggs, and bread from getting crushed in the bag
- Keep your phone reachable so the customer and support can contact you
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Address proof
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Age 18 or above
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
