Job Description
Zomato is Onboarding Delivery Riders in Sector-52
If you know the restaurants around Sector-52, Zomato's delivery rider role puts that knowledge to work with quick local pickups.
About the Job
Each shift follows the same loop: reach the pickup point, collect the order, deliver it, and mark it complete in the app before the next one comes in. The Zomato app records each delivery automatically, so there is no manual logbook or end of day paperwork. Expect monthly earnings of ₹28,000–₹35,000, with weekly payouts and the option to earn more during high-demand windows.
As this is a full-time opening, it suits people who want a steady, daily routine rather than occasional work.
Responsibilities
- Return undeliverable meals as per the app's instructions
- Inform support through the app if the restaurant is running late
- Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Follow safety guidelines shared during onboarding on every shift
- Deliver meals within the time shown to the customer in the app
- Keep food containers upright and stable during the ride
- Complete deliveries in the order assigned by the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
