How the Delivery Partner Role Works
Most trips begin and end within a few kilometres of dark stores, which is what lets delivery partners complete many orders in a shift. Logging in during peak windows in Sector-65 is optional, but it is when most delivery partners complete the most deliveries. The position pays ₹20,000–₹24,000 a month, with earnings tracked in the app and transferred every week.

Responsibilities
- Handle cold and frozen items quickly so they stay at the right temperature
- Return undeliverable orders as per the instructions in the app
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
- Keep the delivery bag closed and secured during the ride
- Respect building and society rules when delivering inside gated premises
- Inform support through the app if the customer is unreachable

- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection

- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
