About the Grocery Delivery Partner Role
Zepto keeps the process consistent for every order: accept, pick up, deliver, confirm. Once you have done a few, it becomes routine. No prior delivery experience is needed; Zepto covers the app and delivery basics in a short training during onboarding. The monthly earning potential here is ₹21,000–₹26,000, with consistent partners in Sector-76 reaching the higher end.
Part-time grocery delivery partners typically work two to four hours a day in Sector-76, usually around the busiest windows.
Responsibilities
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Carry the order up stairs or lifts when required
- Stay within the assigned delivery zone during a shift
- Handle every order with care, whether it holds produce or household goods
- Keep fresh produce, eggs, and bread from getting crushed in the bag
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Address proof
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Minimum age 18 years
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
