How the Delivery Boy Role Works
As a delivery boy for Zepto in Sector-91, you collect packed grocery orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers a short ride away. No prior delivery experience is needed; Zepto's in-app training covers order handling, the app, and safe riding. For this position, monthly earnings are in the range of ₹32,000–₹40,000, depending on shifts worked in Sector-91.
Full-time here means working most days, with the freedom to choose which hours of the day you go online.
Responsibilities
- Handle every package with care so it arrives in good condition
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
- Carry the order up stairs or lifts when required
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Deliver every order to the correct address within the expected time
- Handle cold or hot items so they stay in good condition until delivery
- Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
Eligibility Criteria
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Address proof
