This is hands-on, on-the-ground work: delivery partners pick up from designated points in Sector-92 and deliver directly to customers, guided by the Zepto app's navigation. It suits anyone who prefers being out and about over sitting at a desk all day. Pay runs ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria

- Good communication
- Willingness to work flexible shifts

- PAN card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
