CityMall is Strengthening the Delivery Team at Its Yakubpur Dark Store
Yakubpur hosts a CityMall dark store, and the orders moving through it each day have grown enough that the delivery team needs more hands. Hiring is on priority and the seats are limited.
Think of the shift as a loop you repeat. Report to the Yakubpur store for a fixed eight hour day shift, pick up the grocery orders assigned to you, check each one against the order details, ride out and complete the drops in the given window, then come back for the next set. Orders marked cash on delivery need the amount collected and a receipt given. Pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month plus a fuel allowance.
Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned grocery orders from the Yakubpur dark store
- Check each order against the item details before dispatch
- Deliver across Yakubpur within the assigned window
- Collect cash on COD orders and issue receipts
- Report short or damaged stock to the store team
- Assist with loading and unloading at the store
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own petrol or electric two wheeler
- Any qualification is acceptable
- 18 years or above
Rising volumes are the reason this is a full time salaried post and not order based work. CityMall pays a set monthly amount, covers fuel through an allowance, and pays incentives for meeting targets as per company policy rather than folding them into the base.
With the store inside Yakubpur itself, riders who live nearby spend almost none of the shift travelling to work.
