How the Delivery Partner Role Works
Most of the shift is spent riding between dark stores and customer doorsteps in Chinchwad, with the app queuing the next order as you finish the last. In-app partner support is available to delivery partners for issues that come up during a shift, from address problems to payout questions. You can expect ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month in this role, paid out in weekly instalments through the Zepto app.

Responsibilities
- Keep customer details confidential and use them only for the delivery
- Deliver during the committed time slot shown to the customer
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
- Report wrong addresses, delays, or damaged orders through the app immediately
- Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
- Ride at a safe speed even when the delivery window is tight
- Complete deliveries in the order assigned by the app
- Handle every order with care, whether it holds produce or household goods

- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)

- Valid driving licence
