What the Delivery Partner Job Involves
Orders are matched to delivery partners who are already nearby, which is why staying within Kharadi during a shift works best. Onboarding is done through the app: upload your ID, licence, and vehicle documents, complete verification, and finish the training module. Partners in this role typically take home ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, paid weekly by Zomato.
The opening is part-time, so you can go online for a couple of hours in Kharadi and log off when you are done.
Responsibilities
- Wait at restaurants only as long as needed and inform support if there is a long delay
- Secure the order in the delivery bag before riding
- Deliver meals within the time shown to the customer in the app
- Return undeliverable orders as per the instructions in the app
- Return undeliverable meals as per the app's instructions
- Double check the drop address in the app before starting the ride
- Pick up orders from restaurants promptly once assigned
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
