From pickup at dark stores to handover at the door, each delivery in Undri is guided step by step by the Zepto app. Insurance cover applies while you are on duty, so an accident during a grocery delivery does not leave you without support. This Zepto role pays ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month for delivery associates who work regular shifts in Undri.
Expect full-time hours: regular daily shifts in Undri, with your schedule still set by you inside the app.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the delivery bag in clean, usable condition
- Follow the delivery sequence in the app when carrying more than one order
- Stay close to dark stores between orders to keep waiting time short
- Handle bags carefully so nothing leaks or tips over
- Deliver every order to the correct address within the expected time
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age 18 years
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- PAN card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
