How the Delivery Partner Role Works
Each order is picked and packed by store staff; your job is to collect it from dark stores, ride to the customer, and hand it over quickly. Completing several deliveries in a row is normal during peak time, and the app keeps the next pickup ready as you finish. Expect to earn around ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month as a delivery partner with Zepto, with the exact figure depending on your hours and completed work.
This is a part-time job: short, flexible shifts in Phase 8 that fit around the rest of your day.
Responsibilities
- Respect building and society rules when delivering inside gated premises
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for door or gate handovers
- Handle cold and frozen items quickly so they stay at the right temperature
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during evening peaks
- Carry the order up stairs or lifts when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Address proof
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
