Once you accept an order, the app tells you which of the restaurants to go to, when the food will be ready, and where the customer is. No prior food delivery experience is needed; Swiggy's in-app training covers order handling, hygiene basics, and safe riding. The position pays ₹26,000–₹33,000 a month, with earnings tracked in the app and transferred every week.
As a full-time delivery associate, you would treat this as your primary job, with hours spread across the day in VIP Road.
Responsibilities
- Park safely outside restaurants and customer locations
- Use in-app navigation to plan the quickest safe route
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Secure the order in the delivery bag before riding
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Collect meal orders from restaurants as soon as they are ready
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- PAN card
- Age 18 or above
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Address proof
