As a grocery delivery partner for Zepto in Mandvi, you'll pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Mandvi and the surrounding Vadodara area. Most grocery delivery partners complete several deliveries per shift using the Zepto partner app for navigation and order tracking. The app assigns nearby orders automatically, so most of your day is spent on the road rather than waiting around. Pay runs ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
