Urgent Hiring: Delivery Rider Needed in HB Colony, Vijayawada
With demand for fast delivery rising in HB Colony, Zomato is expanding its delivery rider team and welcomes new applicants.
This role covers Zomato's HB Colony delivery zone in Vijayawada. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹22,000–₹32,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
- Age 18+
